Nikki Brooks loves bringing people, ideas, and resources together to drive real impact. She has a strong track record of growing revenue, building meaningful partnerships, and supporting mission-driven organizations. Nikki thrives on creating sustainable funding strategies, securing major gifts, and helping organizations think creatively about how they engage partners.

Born and raised in Shaker Heights, Ohio, Nikki’s love for sports helped shape her team-first mindset, resilience, and drive. She is a proud graduate of Lincoln University—the first historically Black college—where she obtained her dual bachelor's degree in human services & religious studies. Nikki's most proud accomplishment is being the mother of three amazing boys who keep her grounded, inspired, and motivated every day.  

Nikki is truly excited to be part of the Surge family and deeply honors the organization’s commitment to growing and empowering Black and Brown professionals across the country. She looks forward to contributing to this important work, helping expand Surge’s reach, and supporting even more professionals in achieving their full potential.
