The Black Principals Network (BPN) is built on the collective brilliance, lived experiences, and undeniable expertise of its community. As BPN prepares to gather at the Eastern Regional Leadership Summit in Baltimore this October, organizers are looking for dynamic leaders to take the stage and share their impact.
With the summit’s theme, “Grounded in Truth. Forward in Strategy,” BPN is seeking speakers who have successfully implemented systems that increase student learning, designed practices that protect their peace and longevity in the principal’s seat, or mobilized their community for equitable change.
Principals, heads of school, administrators, superintendents, and other Black leaders in education: This is your final opportunity to submit a session proposal for the 2026 Eastern Regional Leadership Summit. The request for proposals (RFP) closes on July 10.
Need last-minute support? BPN wants to make sure nothing stands in the way of you sharing your genius, so it’s hosting a final RFP Office Hour virtually on July 8 for anyone who has questions, needs help framing their session objectives, or wants support navigating the submission platform.
