Guided by the theme Rooted in Resilience, Rising in Power, this 1½-day intensive is designed to equip, energize, and elevate Black school leaders while creating space to recharge and reconnect. Participants will learn how the Summit will celebrate Black leadership, build authentic connections, and deliver transformative professional learning that sharpens instructional leadership, strengthens school culture, and sustains leadership longevity.
