The Black Principals Network (BPN) is accepting proposals from presenters for our Southern Regional Leadership Summit, to be held in Atlanta, February 27-28, 2026.

We're planning to offer a variety of dynamic, engaging, and thought-provoking sessions focused on topics that matter most to Black school leaders. Our goal is to create transformative spaces where participants can learn, lead, and leave with actionable strategies that improve practice, strengthen schools, and sustain leadership longevity.

Here is the timeline:

• RFP Opened | November 3, 2025
• RFP Office Hours | November 13th, 1pm CT
• RFP Office Hours 2 | November 24th, 6pm CT
• Submission Deadline | December 1, 2025
• BPN Team Review | December 1 - January 9
• Selections Notification | January 9, 2026
• Presenter Confirmation/Registration Due | January 16, 2026

Proposal submissions are due by December 19, 2025
