Join the Black Principal Networks' Professional Learner Series on January 27 from 10am to 12pm CT. 

This interactive session introduces the RESET Framework as a disciplined, healing-centered midyear leadership practice designed to help Black school leaders pause, reflect, and recalibrate before patterns calcify. Participants will actively walk through each phase of the RESET Framework using a modeled case and their own leadership context. Leaders will leave with at least one high-leverage SMART goal and a practical process they can implement immediately in their schools and teams. This session is interactive, reflective, and action-oriented, designed to strengthen how leaders lead for the remainder of the year.
